WHICH ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?

Unwanted goods - we provide a 14-day guarantee for all goods returned unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged items - all damaged items reported within 14 days of receipt can be returned for a full refund or exchange. In that case, we as a company will cover the shipping costs.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

Contact our customer service team and we will advise you on how to proceed.

The return address may differ for some items, so please contact us before sending the item back.

ARE THERE ANY FEES FOR RETURNS?

As a company, we will cover the shipping costs of products that you wish to return within 14 days of receiving them, provided that the product has not been used.

If the product you received is damaged, please contact us for further information. In this case, we will need photos of the damaged product and proceed with an immediate refund. If the product you received is damaged, there is no need to return the money.

HOW FAST WILL I GET A REFUND?

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will send you an email notifying you that we have accepted the returned goods.

Your refund will be processed and the credit automatically applied to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
